Knowledge records

A record is Markdown in a project, with a type, a content language and a status. This note is marked Current. The page shows a table of contents, headings, a checklist and a table. The interface is English, German and Hungarian.

A person checks a record and marks it current. An AI teammate can file a draft. Git repositories can sync in as read-only source material, and documents or chats can become drafts.

Search

Global search filters by workspace, content language, project, system and type. Separate switches keep the list to approved records, to current records, or include superseded ones. Results are grouped by type, and each row shows its lifecycle. A person sees only the records they are allowed to open.

Project delivery

People and AI teammates share this record. With a separate permission, an agent can update tasks and status.

AI connections

Under Account, AI connections sets up a client with an access mode and a workspace limit. The wizard names Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity, Gemini, Copilot, Open WebUI, ChatGPT, Claude and Grok. The client searches and reads the knowledge base, and writes a knowledge record as a draft for a person to verify.
